Metal Card

I made this with another soda can, and cut with my spellbinder die and embossed, then used some alcohol inks for color.

Metal Flowers

This was made using a mountain dew soda can.  It is very sharp when cutting the can apart.  I then used the stampin up daisy #2 sizzix die and cut the flower peices.  After running through the big shot the edges are not as sharp as the cut metal can.  I used a large brad and put a pin on the back so you could wear these.  I can't wait to make more of these using different colored soda cans.

Painted Petals

This is a card that I made using  TH distress inks, and a watermarker, and some embossing.  This was a new technique that I had never done but had so much fun doing it. There is a class being offered at Archivers in Raleigh on how to do this.  I was there on Friday with Lorraine, we had taken a class earlier that morning and then attended the friday nite crop we also had the pleasure of meeting some of the ladies in the area from the cricut board. Can't wait to go again.

Spring is just around the corner

This is the first daffodil to bloom in my yard.  Spring is coming.

This was stamped 7 times and then different layers were cut to form the multi level of images.  The stamp is from holly house.

Build a blossom

This card was made using the new stamp Build a Blossom from Stampin UP, There is also a punch that goes with this stamp so you just stamp and punch all images from the set.  I also cut a butterfly from some of the packaging that cricut carts come in and embossed the butterfly along with some alcohol ink to give alittle color to the butterfly.
